    Butt Lift (BBL)

    Buttock Lifting and Augmentation

Brazilian butt lift or butt lift procedure; It is a popular procedure preferred for improving feminine contours. Both the hip implant in hip augmentation surgery and fat graft during hip lift surgery can give you the curves you’ve always wanted.

    Brazilian Butt Lift

Brazilian butt lift and butt augmentation is an exciting procedure that can provide great support to the back and lateral thighs. Tissue laxity in these areas is corrected by removing loose skin, creating tight and youthful-looking contours. The final incision created by this process is closed with delicate, dissolving sutures that leave the thinnest scar. The results of your butt lift and augmentation are extremely satisfying, especially for patients who are disappointed with aging, weight loss or lack of natural volume and sagging of the back due to skin tightness.

    Autologous Buttock Augmentation

Buttock augmentation can be done in conjunction with a butt lift to create an enhanced look. This procedure is particularly beneficial for patients who lack volume in the area or where most of the butt volume is in excess skin and tissue to be removed. We offer two types of augmentation: autologous flap and purifying gluteoplasty.

The butt is lifted to a younger position with an autologous flap and sutured into place. During a gluteoplasty, a suture is placed around each butt pad and tightened to provide the desired bulge. The result of both of these procedures is a lifted, more natural and youthful contour. The method that is suitable for you will be determined during the consultation.

    Brazilian Butt Lift

Brazilian butt lift is not just for those who feel their hips are flat or deflated. Most of those who opt for this procedure want it because the soft tissue around the butt and outer thigh is sagging. After the procedure, a younger contour is created in proportion to the rest of the body.

We perform Brazilian buttock aesthetics by using the fat tissue taken from your own body. It’s a great way to sculpt one part of the body while strengthening another.

The techniques we use are extremely reliable and have often been applied to help patients achieve their cosmetic body goals.

During Brazilian butt lift, the butt is lifted and tightened to achieve the desired result. This procedure provides a stretch in position and an increase in volume. Patients can take advantage of thinner body contours in other areas, while their backs appear tighter and rounder.

    Buttock Implant and Buttock Augmentation

The butt implant gives you the sassy curves you’ve always wanted without using liposuction techniques. Patients who want improved curves or just feel that their butt is too flat can achieve the shape they want with implants.

In some cases, techniques such as fat transfer or autologous buttock augmentation may be sufficient. For others, the implant will provide the result they want.

Butt implants may be recommended for patients who do not have excess fat to be removed and therefore cannot be re-injected.

When we place the butt implant, we also remove the loose skin from the butt and apply as much fat grafts as needed to further surround the butt and ensure that the implant is not visible through the skin.

    Fat Transfer for Buttock Lift

Do you want your butt to be rounder, fuller or more upright? Fat transfer is a state-of-the-art technique that allows you to shrink a part of the body and enhance the butt. Using liposuction techniques, we can transfer adipose tissue from an area such as the abdomen, thighs, flanks or buttocks to the hips to make them rounder and higher.

We can also use fat transfer for better shaping, even if you need an implant for the result you want. As a result, the implant cannot be seen through the skin.

We use a new fat grafting technique that causes less disruption in the resulting fat cells. What does this mean for you? More of the injected fat will remain in the area, which means less of the fat will be absorbed by the body. Once the fat is absorbed, it sometimes causes the need for a second injection procedure. Our technique also allows us to perform fat grafting for you faster than in the past with less downtime.

After the fats are removed, they are treated and then re-injected into the buttocks where additional volume is needed.

What can I expect during a Brazilian butt lift?

The incisions are made below the hip crease, where they will remain hidden. A soft silicone implant is placed that feels firm but natural to the touch.

Liposuction is used in an area with excess fat, such as the abdomen, thighs, sides or buttocks. A tube called a cannula is inserted through a small incision and attached to a suction device. The oil is extracted and then treated in a centrifuge. It can then be re-injected into the buttocks to make the implant invisible and shape the hip as best as possible.

What can I expect when I get a fat graft for my butt?

In the liposuction part of the procedure, an incision is made in the body part where the fat will be removed and a tube called a cannula is placed. A vacuum-like device is attached to the cannula and the appropriate amount of fat is carefully removed by suction.

The oil is then carefully processed. The resulting adipose tissue is very smooth so it will look perfectly natural when reinjected into the buttocks using a small atraumatic cannula.

Since your own tissue is used, there is no problem with harmony between tissues. This procedure does not require long incisions and the incisions can be closed with delicate dissolving sutures that leave the finest scars.

How permanent is fat transfer for buttock?

Our techniques prevent the absorption of injected fat, but a small amount can be absorbed by the body for the first three months. After that, the remaining transferred oils are long-lasting.

How long does the healing process take?

For the first few weeks, you have to sit very carefully. In general, we recommend not to press the butt for two weeks. You can return to work in about two weeks or when you are comfortable. For grafts, there will be swelling, bruising and pain in both the buttocks and the area where the fat was removed. It may take up to six months for the swelling to go away completely, but we will apply a bandage to help keep the swelling to a minimum.

Strenuous activities should be avoided for 4-6 weeks. Of course, we will monitor your progress, interview you for follow-up examinations and answer any questions you may have during your recovery period.
